Default code 15 and code 22 ignition outpu signal and vtec pressure valve

hey guys, i havent been on here awhile due to forgetting my pw, but ill just cut to the chase and if you guys can help me itll be highly grateful and appreciated .

first off, i changed my trans due to a blow spring in my clutch housing so i did a FULL trans swap. i unplugged the main harnesses on the passenger side, negative terminal to the under-the-hood fuse box just to get all those wires out of the way. swapped trans, plugged everything back, replaced coolent temp switch and that was it. at first attemp to crank, the car would not start, it would just keep turning over. i checked for spark, no spark, come to find, a disconnected wire from the dizzy.(green/yellow) if anyone can lmk what that is i wouldnt mind also, just for my curiosity of course. anyways, i spliced it back on, and car fired right up. now,
im gettin the two check engine lights on 15 ( Ignition output signal ) and 22( VTEC pressure valve) im not really concerned about the 22, but the 15 is my biggest concern...now i want to ask you guys after doing alot of research on both honda-tech, and team-integra, where could the problem be"? some say its the igniter on my starter, some say its the igniter in my dizzy. the car runs fine,so it cant be the starter, but im gettin spark also so it cant be the dizzy either, but i cant really take it past 4k because of "limp" mode to see if my code 22 is correct and to see if my vtec engauges or not. the car runs great though, i tried to reset the ecu and its still throwing both codes. im running a b18cR with phearable chipped p28. so can anyone help me trouble shoot this problem please? thanks again

So you just spliced a random wire into a power?
