Can I use an auto P75 with a manual transmission?

I have a p75 a51 auto ecu. Im putting ls 5 spd in my hatch. Since auto has its own comp for tranny can i use this ecu for 5 spd?

It will throw codes. Get the proper ECU.

auto ecu to run a manual?
no, it doesn't even sound right.
not like its hard to find an LS ECU.

As long as it's an OBD1 ECU you can convert it, this is for a P06/P28 but a P75 will be similar.
