Touch-up my paint job?
Is there any way to touch up some chips on my car?
How about, make it look like those chips were never there, or in other words a perfect match?
I bought a civic that had a almost white pearlescent-but with not sparkly, semi glossy type of look. (the guy I got it from (also "tastefully mods all his other cars t) knew the person who was doing the paint job and got a deal on the highest quality paint/paint job)

Yes. You can touch them up. Especially if you have a gun. To make them "dissapear" however, you need some skill. The general procedure is to feather the edge, fill if necessary, sand the surround and do a soft mask, then feather a touchup paint over and reclear the whole area then buff to blend.
