Hey guys I was wondering is it possible to get my 96 civic that has crank windows to have power windows. Meaning can I take parts off another car and convert it ?

Yes it is possible, either switch the "guts" out of a Civic with power windows, [a trip to your local PicknPull should get you all the parts you need] or install an aftermarket power window kit.

cool thanks guys that google link was great gave a lot of info. However the one question i have is after you switch the guts and harneses around Will the stock door panel work can you rig the controls to fit or do you need to get an EX door panel so the controls for the windows, locks, mirrors fit
