Look at his motor builds and answer for yourself. Your just going to get trolls in your thread like above.
I have no problems with any swaps bisi has built for us that I needed done.

When I say worth it I want know if I'm going to get wat I pay for. I read a thread on here about a guy getting his 08 Si tuned and Bisi did a bad job. I don't want that to be me if I was to purchase the block. Just because you built cars with crazy power for yourself don't mean you'll do it for everyone else.

There are bettery engine builders out there anyway. Personal and hands on experince always speaks more then just internet reading. I've been blessed to enjoy quite a few customers that feel the same way as i do.

I am not saying he is the only guy that can build motors. I can build my own, There is eugune at prostreet, Chris at flatbush and alot others too that can build and ship. I just don't have the equipment to blueprint and balance. So I out source those projects. And Bisi can handle those orders for me when I need them. And we never have a problem. I seen some of your builds too so I know you can handle the job too all motor.
His tuning service is great and is on par. And I have sent him some pertty weried shyt to tune. Like allways, Bring a car thats running correctly to a dyno appointment. Its not the tuner fault to rebuild your wiring harness or to do a tune up(over haul) to your car.

Not everyone can afford the high end measuring tools for the blueprinting process. I get that. So for those who cant, theres a very common and very affordable option out there, that being plastigauge. Its super cheap and really easy to use. Most people around here are willing to help with where to set clearances for any particular build type. I know I would if asked. As far as ring gaps go, I don't personally do this, but I've seen ring gaps adjusted by hand with sand paper. I'd recommend spending a few bucks on a cutter. It's always money well spent in the end. Using a simple set of feeler gauges will help you achieve the appropriate gaps. To add, just about any machine shop in the country can balance a rotating assembly for pretty cheap.
Just make sure you are paying for quality and a service you couldn't normally perform on your own and not the spin and, or, the name.

I think this part got overlooked. Do you mind if I ask what block (B? H? K? D? L?) and package you were looking at purchasing?
I'm not going to answer your question as I feel it's a matter of personal opinion based on your understanding of what you are getting for what you are paying. But, I will lay everything out for you and help give you the perspective to be able to answer that question on your own.

His original question is absolutely not related to the actual topic. He's asking us if he buys whatever Bisimoto block if there a possibility that he is going to get ripped off.
There's more than one way to rip someone off. That's why I asked which block and package he was interested in so I could break everything down for him. That way he can take a look at everything and decide on his own whether he feels it's worth it, or, if he feels he'd be getting ripped off.

I did research and it seems no one has bought a block from Bisi. I'm looking to get a B-series block, the stage 1 packeage, it's around 3k.

Doesn't specify whether it includes oil/water pumps or anything like that. So, I will just assume that stuff is not included.
So, roughly $1825 in hard parts and machine work at retail pricing levels. That means you are paying almost $1200 for fluids and to have them blueprint and assemble the shortblock.
Blueprinting is something that is included in any decent builders assembly anyway, just saying.
I don't know, it's your call on whether you think it's worth it or not. I have my opinion.
