Need Daily Driver advice
Ok brand new to H-T. Just added my cars in the garage check em out. Need help now that i have three Hondas(its a good problem to have tho)!....so i have a 08 S2k i love dearly and my daily is the 97 Integra GS ive had since highschool. But i just bought a nice 97 Civic DX Hatch w only 90k ! it has no rust , great shape, 5-speed, CEL is on but it runs great so probly something minor (no smoke). I dont know if i should sell the integra or the hatch i dont need both. I only need 1 daily and w the money i get from selling one i can buy parts for the other !!! What would you do ?

The integra has cruise control, A/C and Power steering...as well as power windows and locks...and a moon roof. The hatch MIGHT have A/C and Power steering. I have a S2000 and a 2001 Integra RS as a daily driver. So we're in similar situations. I will say that for some reason, I love integras. I have 3 of them!
I was going to get rid of my RS for a hatch....but couldn't go thru with it. I miss my old hatch, and I guess it would be a cool nostalgia feeling, but I'd miss all the power options that the Integra has.
The civic definitely has a better looking dash...but the Integra has nicer seats. The hatch has more room for passengers. Integra coupes have TERRIBLE back seat room. Either one is very versatile in carrying stuff around. I once fit 13 tires and 4 wheels in my Integra coupe.
Either stereo sucks...but the Integra coupe stereo definitely wins "worst stereo ever made" awards.
The Integra looks more "upscale" unless you've ruined yours. It also has more horsepower and torque.
The hatch has better MPG. For some reason, my RS sucks down gas like it's going out of style (I guess it is going out of style, though....so maybe the car's right). My ITR and GSR both get REMARKABLY better mileage than my RS. My civic EX that I used to have got the best gas mileage out of them all.
IDK. Tough call. Which one do you like driving better? The Integra is a more obvious choice in terms of comfort and stuff....but there's something about hatchboxes....

Well ur right on about the feature advantages the integra has over the hatch. I have had this Teg for 10+ years and i might want to switch it up tho ! IDK what to do. Pics of both cars are in my garage. I think my main goal is to end up with a nice B or K series engine swap in my daily, whichever car it is. I have alot done to my Integra already but the hatch is pretty clean and all stock , a fresh canvas. Damn dont know what to do. If someone offered me a complete K or B series swap for either car i would consider doing that type trade...
i also miss my integra.
and should have kept it.
got another integra its been less than a year since i sold mine.
if you ran out of things to do, then pull everything out of your integra and start over...
sell the civic and all the stuff out of the teg and get something fresh for it.
if you build it right( add parts without breaking sht and cutting and hammering) then you should have no problem taking it all off and starting fresh.
u already got an s2k which i assume is your weekend car.
with hatchback you will end up having 2 weekend cars.
and more chances of it beeing stolen and stripped by some hischool punks.

i just had a clean semi built b20 i would have traded for the hatch if i didnt just get rid of it. but i personally would keep the teg. i just bought a db8 and i love it way more than i did my hatch

Well it was in great shape , 5-speed, and cheap so thats why i bought it. If i decide to build the hatch it will be fun, if i sell it i will make a profit so it was kinda a win win situation.
I thought about keeping em all it would be fun as hell ! I bought the hatch cause i could build it or sell it for a profit, either way it was just a good idea to buy it. I have one question that would affect my decision on this hatch, this dx has no power steering, if i did an engine swap either b16/b18 would i be able to put power steering setup on it ???

You have to add power steering. That means the pump, brackets, rack, all lines, the PSPS, wiring for the PSPS, and all auxillary parts.
