White all the way! Don't you dare paint that black man.
I would do a GOOD header, and focus on suspension. Also after seeing a real life difference myself, an ITR or b16 trans. The GSR stock trans has a really shitty 1st-2nd gear, switching to a b16 trans or an ITR trans makes it feel like you added 20-30hp. Great mod for the $.

Greddy and DC are garbage, to be quite frank.
You're better off getting an RMF or hytech replica, since they are proven to produce good power.
A skunk2 manifold won't benefit you at all unless you get other supporting mods such as ECU, cams etc. Going all motor to produce little no power is not worth it. I would save my pennies and get into a good quality turbo kit. You will be much happier in the end, if power is what you're looking for.
If not, then working on suspension and handling is one of the most rewarding mods you can do to a car like this.

I *hate* this answer, but in your case it would be beneficial (but it's your thread, you can do what you want!) I would use the search, there's a ton of threads comparing different suspensions to another. If you want affordable and proven, the koni yellows paired with ground control coil overs is the way to go. A lot of people will agree with that. There's more expensive routes, and cheaper routes, but that's all up to you. The GSR has a lot of potential for being one hell of a car, just have to take the right route, your route, but with input i suggest you at the least, consider.
GL with whatever direction you want to go, that's for damn sure!

nice keep it white, go with a itr theme, like front lip and oem side skirts the abs replicas are very cheap these days, go slow and suttle, its up to you, some people start with visual others go power then visual. i went visual with a nice paint job then suspension, when i got it looking nice i ventured into motor mods, this way i looked good while i saved up for go fast parts. it looks tacky when your showcasing your hp and you look like **** on the out side, just my 2 cents.
