Engine/transmission weight
IMO the F20C & F22C are some the most advanced engines that could be considered mass production.
However, are they really as heavy as I've seen published? I mean I have seen numbers in excess of 400 pounds. I'm not sure that is for both, engine and transmission or just engine.
It would have been nice if they had stuck with it and went to a sequential transmission and maybe a dry sump oil system.
If they are boat anchor weight that would answer the question why I've never seen anyone try and put one in a Caterham CSR.
