Icon2 hatch hesitates and bogs - cylinder 1 does not change color on header

I just installed a full catback exhaust system with headers and straight pipe . and i notice all cylinders except for cylinder one change color on the header . and it get hot but not hot as its supposed to be because my other ports of the headers are golden except for the cylinder one part of the header . my car also hesitates or bogs a lil and jerks when im driving every now and then. so i brought fuel injector cleaners thinking my injector might of been clog but . still has the problem any suggestions Ht ?

What car/engine? Please read the forum rules.

Does cylinder 1 have fuel, spark and compression?

You can listen for whether the fuel injector clicks, or even better remove the fuel rail to see whether the injector sprays fuel while cranking the engine.

Also test for bright white spark at cyl 1.

If both above are fine, then compression test the cylinders.

well i realize my number one cylinder spark plug wire has spark and the spark plug is good so . i just added some mystery oil and restore injection fuel cleaner bottles into the gas . i didnt take off the fuel rail yet i figure i try these injector cleaners first . i took cylinder spark plug wire off the cylinder number 1 and the idle didnt change but on the other cylinders it did so that means cylinder one is not working ???
