Water sloshing sound from the roof

94 Wagon, what could it be? Blocked drain plug leading to retained water? How to fix?

Wow, this is a hard one....No sunroof? Okay, my best guess (and it's only a guess) is you have a roof rack, and one of the mounting screws is letting water in the roof?
