Default Anyone Use the NNR 1 peace Coilovers?

im looking for 1 peace coilovers for my 4 door, and came across NNR's which are under 400. My question is has anyone used them, and if so how do they ride/handle?

Before someone says "dont be cheap bro! ball out!!" my girlfriend and i are expecting a new baby in march and im trying to build a baby room and a car at the same time.

If you're expecting a baby and your current suspension isn't broken, I would say don't waste your money. I've never heard of them. Do you want to put your baby in a car riding on suspension that may or may not be safe in an accident?

Please clarify before it becomes the entire focus of the post. Is this going to be the car the baby is in? If so keep the ride stock and don't risk spending money on unknown and probably cheap suspension that is to be installed on the car your progeny is going to occupy.

First off if you have one peace coilovers, namaste to you. 2ndly I wouldn't trust a brand that you don't know what materiels they put into the product, last time someone tried to do this........https://honda-tech.com/forums/suspension-brakes-54/beware-blackworks-llc-3009600/. "Don't go cheap bro" it's only your new family lives your putting into this p.o.s. company's hands.

Im rocking them on my ITR. They are good for this price! excellent absorbance! an excellent setup for daily! Honestly, the cons is that ppl would call me a cheap-*** for rocking cheap **** on an ITR... the

BTW, any suspension setups are possible to cause accidents! don't tell me **** like TEIN saves my life in an accident! It really depends on how you drive the car! Think about it, our Hondas are GLUED together! If you want a safe daily driver, don't even get a Honda!

Find a new hobby, your not helping us.

Leave your car stock, you have a baby on the way... and can only afford the absolute cheapest coilovers you can get... it doesn't take a genius to see you're broke. This goes for you too, seriously bro... save your money.. man up and take care of your family.. not playing with honda's

I don't think I've ever seen Tein fall apart from daily driving like that. I can't believe you did that to an "R" if it's a real ITR.

I bought these full body coilovers for $375 shipped. They're currently on my del Sol and ride like a dream. Although the car is lowered, the ride quality feels like stock suspension. I can finally go over railroad tracks without slowing down to 1mph.

Coming from 4 blown stock shocks on coilover sleeves being used with stock springs that were cut......this is a huge upgrade for me

I forgot to take pictures on the coilovers on the car, but I have a picture of the coilovers.

Jeez. Those things look flyaway. I wouldn't trust my car to sit on those flimsy looking perches. They look every bit of $375. And progressive springs! Ew.

Holy crap.

lol@they ride like stock.

Only stock rides like stock.

Going from blown, to not blown will always be euphoric. Those perches really bother me. I really hope we don't see you back in a few months with pictures of how those perches broke or the fork at the bottom of the rear shock broke.

They honestly look 5 kinds of flimsy. I wouldn't put those on my car if you paid me.

Especially since some KYB GR2 and tein s. tech would have been about the same price.

I don't even know suspension well, and those look flimsy to me.
Why do people do this, "I've got a kid, don't have job, etc, so I gotta buy cheap parts, so I can have the part RIGHT NOW" BS
I mean seriously, I'm 19 and I was just in a wreck that took my ability to walk for several months, and I could use unemployment, and insurance money to throw a lot of cheap **** that my Teg does need, but even though I have no chance of having a job right now, I will still save what I can, put quality parts on my car and do it ONCE.
So if you have a job, and you wanna be a real car guy(and now I sound like F&F ha) then save the couple extra months to get real parts, its worth it in the end.

They aren't. I don't think they make them. Couldn't find anyone selling "full" versions of these anywhere except for BMWs and that's only for the the fronts.
http://www.vexmotorsports.com

So it looks to me like what happens to every make of car. Hobby is nice because all the broke kids can't afford to buy newer cars and mod them. Years go by, cars get cheaper, crap product shows up on market. People with nice cars install the new crap product-devaluing the cars-sell cars. Cars get cheap and broke-*** kids can now butcher up cars. Crap parts for cars now even crappier. Dumb kids think "they sell them for BMWs! They HAVE to be legit!" but fails to realize that the same thing that happened to the Honda scene is happening to the BMW crowd as well.

I wouldnt be surprised seeing that lower fork fail breaking off right at base of the damper body...

I was thinking the same! That is a ****ing joke!

My mind is blown after looking at the shocks. If the build quality is that bad on the outside, the inside has to be down right ****.

I just used the top hats from my previous suspension. And touche to the criticism. I'll be back in a few months and let you all know how these coilovers hold up.

Someone has to be the guinea pig and I guess it's me.

Btw my car is no race car. This suspension is on a bone stock, daily driving, gas saving del Sol.

I wouldn't put those on my wife's car and it's nearly bone stock minus an intake.

actually i have a friend that works at firestone and knows almost everything about hondas and tuning. he suggested them to me and they have been absolutely amazing. im not leading you the wrong way these are great coilovers. your not paying for the name, such as skunk2 or tein. your paying for what actually matters the suspension. thats just my opinion on it.
