D15B into EF, Complete rebuild for turbo, building for deployed soldier and friend.
So the story... My buddy and I started into the honda gave about 2 years ago when he was on active duty orders and his superior sold him his 1990 Civic DX for $100 (Cam snapped and camgear was embedded into the VC lol). He junked his stocker and picked up a B18A1 from a guy we worked with. He was in school for automotive technology and said that he ported and polished the head (it was nice for a DIY job) and everything on the motor was good to go. Well... 750 for the motor and another couple hundred later it fires and dumps smoke. Only thing that we want to savor is the hasport linkage and MPFI converted harness. Right before he deployed in November he told me you have around 3k to get me a d15b and build it for 250+hp. Well recently i helped a friend swap a 94 B18c1 into his EG coupe and his old faithful d15b was left on the side. Picked it up for 350(No injectors, no harness, dizzy wires snipped). I have been searching for OEM parts and some preformance parts to get a general idea for a price. If anyone could help by knowing where to get some of these parts cheaper, info on the swap, or anything it would be greatly appreciated. Parts list as follows so far.

Odds and Ends----
-Need opinion for sure here: I have the OBD1 P08 that came with the motor and im going to be using a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness. I want a chip like hondata s300 but is that the best? Would it be worth buying a prechipped p28 with a s300? Is there a better option not sure how the AEM stand alone is with tuning. I would really like to get more knowledgeable on this subject.
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump

-Oil catch can w/ lines?
Any input on prices, better parts, messed up info or parts would be greatly appreciated. As soon as i can ill put up a pic of the old b18a1 when he got it through the different stages of us putting it in and pulling it back out all of those 6 times and the new d15b powerplant than will soon tickle his fancy. He is coming back for his RnR in julyish so i need to have this done by then. All of this on top of me rebuilding my freshly stripped 95 b18c(R) in my garage that i still need a shell for
good thing i just got laid off i guess lol. Oh and if anyone is wondering we are located about 25min south of Carlisle, PA.
