Default What type of grease to use in high beam switch assembly?

I'm rebuilding the high beam switch assembly on my CBR and I want to know what kind of grease I should use on the moving parts such as the turn signal switch and high beam switch? The grease it currently has is a clear orange color and is pretty thick. Can I use clear silicone grease or what should I use?
