Each year Turn2 Lapping focuses on a charitable cause. This year we have chosen the Bradley Family. Scott Bradley is a sports car enthusiast and a National High Performance Driving Instructor. Scott has a great family that has been hit with every parents worst nighmare. Kathryn Bradley was 8 years old when she was first diagnosed with an aggressive kind of brain cancer. This remarkable girl beat this cancer against all odds. Within 5 years, this cancer has a near 100% unsurvivable rate. She is now 20 years old. Because of her experience, she has dedicated her life to the persuit of cancer awareness. This terrible cancer came back when she turned 19 and was removed by skilled doctors. It has come back again, but this time in 4 different places in her brain and is unoperable. Scott and Carol Bradley have taken Kathryn to the Burzynski Clinic in Texas for gene therapy. So far, the treatment looks very promising and looks like she will once again beat this terrible cancer. Their insurance company is covering very little of this treatment let alone the time Scott and Carol are taking from their jobs.
