My 2007 honda s2000 dies when I press the clutch?
Please help, my 2007 Honda s2000 turns off when I press the clutch? I already checked the battery, the alternator, and the starter. All three checked out to be fine. I don't know what to do or how to fix it, without being ripped off by a mechanic?

More info is needed, are you stalling out? In neutral with the car at idle, will it rev? Or does it die upon revs? Any CEL?
It gives out on neutral. It will start, and if you press the accelerator it revs up. However, as soon as you press the clutch it either "sputters" and then dies, or will abruptly give out. Hmm as far as CEL I don't know what that is? It also doesn't have a remote start controller.
CEL= check engine light.
reset ur ecu: disconnect the negative battery terminal for like ten mins. then reconnect and start the car and let idle for a good 5 mins b4 driving. p.s. make sure u know ur radio code
if it sputters and feels like it wants to die when u press the clutch again do not compensate buy giving more gas. the ecu need to learn.

how did you check the battery, alternator and starter lol...
do you have a check engine light on your dash? if so you need to bring it down to a auto store, get it scanned...
so far just no info here.. post a video!

That's also the weird part, the check engine light is not on. I had the car in the garage for about two months, worked perfectly fine before. When I went to go drive it, it worked four about a couple blocks; then I reached a stop light, pressed the clutch and it completely gave out on me. I managed to get it to OReilly's by my house, where they told me the code had to do with the alternator. So I took out the alternator and took it to them to get it checked. They said everything checked out fine. When I asked them why the code said the alternator was bad, they said they didn't know, that it might be the starter, so I took out the starter and took it to get checked.. it was fine. I replaced the connections to the battery and had the battery checked.. and now i don't know what to do, I've already invested more money than I had anticipated in the car and would like to avoid spending too much more money in diagnostics and so forth
