cheap wire tuck harness?
I don't got pics but I am a electric forklift technician. I work on systems 100 times more complex than a simple distribution board and harness. Pm me I got pics of my harness I did. I'm not too sure how chase bays look but I doubt you need military spec sleave.

I would have to look into a milspec plug. I don't have a chassis to make the measurements. But a tucked harness sleaved I can do. Pretty easy.
That's. A close up of my harness. It a gsr with everything under the intake manifold.
I'm thinking of making a bracket out of aluminum to hold the harness in place. And bolt it to where the stock catch can bolts. Using longer bolts of course.

Yes, and yes. You can use your old harness, or you could make a new one if you really wanted to.
It depends on how cheap you want to be. I can do whatevers needed. My advice if the wiring on your old harness is fine and doesn't have high resistance don't change it. I can paint connectors or just clean em.
I can re run your whole engine harness to accept what your using. I have a gsr on my stand now so that will be easy for any vtec harnesses. And I got my single cam y5. In my hx for single cams.
What I did on my harness is pull all the extra wirfe to the ecu side incase anything needs to be extended later.
