car acts like my alt. regulator is going out , like all lights will flicker until i press the gas , they work fine as long as im on the gas . once i let go they dim to the point to where i cannt even use my blinker .
i thought it was the regualtor fersure until the other night i turned off my car and came to realize that my lights will flicker from normal to dim even with the car being off .

ive cheched all my fuses, grounds and relays , i cannot figure this out for the life of me.

and when i say the lights dim , i mean interior dash lights , headlights , taillights , even my radio cuts power , but engine stays running .

You should probably go somewhere and have the battery and alternator tested.
