Actually the pager is an add on piece and it can be used with any alarm out there. You could even wire it up not having an alarm. I am not sure how great the range is on them, since we can't seem to sell one where I work due to the large and awkward size of the pager

If your looking for a keychain sized remote that controls your doorlocks, arm / disarms your alarm, remote starts your vehicle ( stick or auto ), and alerts you with 2 way feedback with beeps, displays, and vibration.....check out http://www.CompuStar.org

The remote may be a little big compared to conventional remotes, but once you find out what it all does......its nothing. I used to carry a Viper ( DEI ) pager for my car many years ago. That along with my normal pager, and now cell phone would be too much. This is all built into one.

Best thing since sliced bread!!! You will be spoiled once you have owned it. I believe its ahead of its time. Take advantage of technolgy offered today.

It may sound like a sales pitch, but just talk to any of my satisfied CompuStar owners and they will tell you themself how they couldnt imagine now being without it.
