obd 1 p13 ecu. codes 21, 22, 10. codes 21 will come on then go off then 22 will come on then go off then 21 will come back on. i have gone through oem flowcharts for both and everything checks out. checked voltage and resistance. both within spec. motor is a h22 swapped into a ek civic. anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you sure your vtec is wired right? Are you low on oil?

 

im almost positive that it is. im not low on oil but a bit over full. could that possibly cause it

 

Does your speed sensor work? I can't remember exactly what the codes descriptions are post the details

How sure are you on the wiriing to the vtec solenoid and pressure sensor
