Haven't heard too much about the h23, but when i was having my swap done. ALot of shops told me to go with the p72, they said it had more aggressive fuel and timing maps. Don't really know though, i stuck with the p13.

Hondata says you can use P74,P75,P28,P30,P72,P61 http://www.hondata.com/engines.html

Really the only option is P14, P13 or P72 if you want to keep your dual stage intake manifold working...any other option you lose the butterfly control. And the P13 and P72 have to be modified to run non-VTEC
