I'm buying a 94 honda civic ex from a friend that has a blown motor. Looking to use the car as a daily driver and the car needs a new motor. It's currently an auto so I'll probably just leave it as is. Pretty sure the current motor was starved of oil so instead of rebuilding it I think itll be easier/faster to just swap it out.

I'm located in Clarksville TN and would prefer not to travel too far for it. I do not want a modified motor at all, want the car completely stock.
