Default 4 lug to 5 lug

So a friend of mine has a 93 eg civic that has on a 5 lug conversion... 12" slotted discs up front with itr discs at the back and wants to put his car back to stock. Basically he wants to trade his full 5 lug conversion for my em1 Sis.

My question is, is there anything that I am going to need in addition to his parts to make this work or is it a straight swap?

Do you have rims big enough to fit 12" rotors? And I don't understand the question. What ever he has NOW is what you need to get them on. If he's telling you he's trading you a FULL conversion then you need nothing.

Well the swap includes rims and tires. We both have 16" rims with 205/45 tires so I guess it should be ok then.

He's giving me a set of 16" Konig Tantrums which will be temporary as I'll be getting a set of 17" SSR Type Cs in April.

Make sure parts from the 5th gen fit the 6th gen. I'd start doing research before you turn a single bolt.
Here's an old guide.

Been trying to find out online but so far not much luck. We wont be doing the swap until next weekend in any case so I'll be some more research plus im going to call a mechanic friend of mine who has done this swap on several egs, eks and dc2s here to find out some concrete info.

you'll never know or learned something from it if you don't try it out....IMO i have a lot of time in my hands and wouldn't mind taking it apart and if it didn't fit then i'll put it back again no harm done from it or lost... but just gaining exp from it
