Default Removal of Rear wing

I know how to do this etc...I did the search

I am just looking for the member who put the LED from the wing into the rear hatch. I am trying to figure out how he mounted it and ran the wires bec I am thinking of doing this mod, this up coming weekend, and if someone can tell me how to plug the holes after I remove it I would appreciate it.

Also once I plug the holes if I do decide to put a new wing on, how hard would it be to re-open the holes <---dumb question but hey I just want to hear someone elses opinion.

With the holes you pretty much have 3 options. The little plastic plugs, bondo, or weld a plate and do alot of finish work. It seems like lots of people go with the plugs because they are cheap and easy to do. The bondo and welding will probly require you to seek pro. help and cost from 100-500 depending on what needs to be done. You could also find someone with the same color with no wing and swap them rear hatches.

I am pretty sure most people just get them from homedepot. I dont think it is a honda part.

I went to Home Depot and asked for nylon plugs. No one there knew what I was talking about and I couldn't find it anywhere. Where else did you guys get the plugs (especially that big one where the light cord goes through)? Thanks.

I just like the way it looks. It's just a "personal" taste.
