Lower control arm options....
Okay, I have done my research for the past hour. So here is my situation, someone help me out. I just did coilovers on the front of my car. Started on the back and of course the rear lca bolt was seized in the bushing blah blah whatever. I never have, never will race my car on a track or in a straight line. I need to just replace one bushing but I feel like I should just get them all while I'm here. But I've been to 3 honda dealers and none of them sell just the bushings, they want me to buy the whole control arm for 90 dollars. So, should I do that or buy some aftermarket ones for around 180? Not blox, like I said I've done my research. But also I don't see a reason to spend 300 on f7 lca's if my car won't see a race its whole life. It's just overkill. Of course they look good but will a function & form, skunk2, hardrace, etc hold up for my 40 minute drive to work everyday?
Clear me up guys.

Energy suspension sells all of the bushings for most cars for round 100$ but that is a master set. i think you can order individual bushings if you call them..
In your situation I recommend just ponying up for the arms to get new bushings. Honda doesn't sell the bushings separately so you're going to need the arms if you want the bushings.
You could get SK2 or F7 arms but those are more expensive than stock arms, and replacing the bushings yourself is a serious job that will either take a lot of time or a lot of money.
What year is your car?

For what it's worth, I'd just get the Energy Suspension bushings for your stock arms. Cheapest option, they'll last quite a while and they are fairly easy to do. Not to mention the ride quality will be the smoothest with those over hard rubber or the bushings in say F7's.
Replacing the control arm with oem would be your best bet. It'll last another 200k miles and it's cheaper than the aftermarket lca's. With poly bushings, they will deform, squeak, and need to be replaced.
BTW, honda does list the part numbers for the bushings individually. I don't know why they wouldn't sell them individually?

look into hard race, they sell solid rubber bushings, i've had mine for about 40k miles and 3 years and they still look great. no sqeaks or anything here! it's all oem quality

You didn't say which bushing but if it's the shock bushing the Honda part number is: 52622-SH3-013
If it's the inboard or outboard you'll have to buy them aftermartket. I have some spares PIC/SONEM hard rubber bushings since I am running Function 7 arms on my 96 hatch. Let me know if you need them.
