Default 1987 El Camino Exhaust

This is my dads car. It is a 1987 El Camino with a LS1 swap from a 2004 GTO. It also has all of the GTO dash and interior.

I started with the used Borla mufflers and tips that were cut off the GTO's exhaust and some stainless tubing from ACE stainless.

Then started to mock up.

Finished, welded and polished.

Installed

After driving it all summer we got it back in the garage to put the H pipe in and v-band clamps.

Very nice! That interior is legit. Sucks that you're going to have to redo the exhaust when you turbo it.........

It is the stock gas tank that came out of the GTO.

Thanks. Me and my brother where talking about that when we were finishing the exhaust. It would have more then enough room for rear mounted turbo's!
