The other day I bought an English Wheel. A tool I've been dying to have for YEARS!

Just wondering if there are others who are into this end of the auto-fab section.

If so post up some stuff!

My first attempt since highschool.
Cut a random piece of sheet. Beat it with some mallets. Wheeled it.

Results


It's covered in oil but it is really smooth.

E-Wheel works quite nicely.

 

What brand wheel did you get?

 

In for this one, would like to see what some of you guys do with sheet metal.

 

im also highly interested in this. ive seen these at harbor freight but had no idea how to use it or what its capable of. i know there have been quite a few instance while doing body work that i wish i had a nice curved piece of sheet metal to fill in a section.
