Default 98 Civic ex has no electrical power whatsoever

Hey guys i have a 1998 ek coupe ex model it has a b20z2 swap and that's it nothing special about it just bone stock. I don't get anything i have power going to different parts but nothing turns on I have no ignition, aux, headlights, horn, radio not a single thing. I have been testing numerous things through out the day and everything checks out the only thing that comes to mind is the fuse box under the hood... I'm thinking the electrical "checker" that sences current going to it went out and even though everything is getting power it won't kick on please give me some kind of feed back I've been reading the forum like crqzy and can't seem to find anything with this type of problem thanks

Check grounds, and connections at alternator, and battery. Try putting in a battery that you know is good and see if the same thing happens. Check all your fuses, check all your connectors, test for power coming in and out of the fuse boxes.

My grounds are good, I have checked to see if another battery would work same thing, fuses all checked out even after fuse box since I am getting power to my cigarette lighter and other components (radio)

Do the hazard lights work?

Is the 80A hood fuse blown?

I sry I worded it incorrectly I .meant i was getting power to the radio etc.. but nothing was turning on I did figure it out after another hour or so of digging my starter took a crap shorted out and messed up my h.I.d.s and a couple of connections so I have replaced everything and put new grounds and power cables and everything is working perfectly again
