WI: ULTRA RARE VOLK CV-PROS IN WHITE
I've had these wheels for about a year and I've decided I want to move these and just settle with my OEM Legacy R wheels for awhile. I'm open for trades, but only locally (WI, IL, MN), but I'd rather sell. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
These are 5x100 and have been painted and cleared in white obviously. The paint has a few spots were it's chipped and scratched (see pics) and some light curb-age on one wheel.
These wheels will come with gorilla lugs because it runs inverted lug nuts which can only be purchased from volk or gorilla...if you can find them. The one's I have must be "turned down" with a mill or lathe to clear the center caps. The volk ones can be purchased directly and will clear the caps no problem.
Love em' or hate em' these were discontinued is 1992 YES 92!! and were ONLY sold in Japan. You commonly see these on Skylines and 240's at times, but GUARANTEED you'll never see another set on anything ever.
For you "stance" dudes, I friend who's a wheel expert told me these are reversible if you want a low offset and fat lip. THESE ARE GENUINE 3-PEICE WHEELS AND I HAVE ALL 4 CAPS AND RINGS FOR THE CENTER. The plastic inserts in the caps are all cracked "see pics" and will need to be replaced to be perfect...maybe STi inserts
that was my intention.
SIZE IS 17X8.5 WITH A +35 OFFSET I BELIEVE THOSE ARE 225/55/17's that are on the wheels in the pics.
Please note, these wheels are almost 20 years old and are not perfect, but they are straight and true and with a restoration would look outstanding!
Price w/tires: $900 obo (tires are new Maxxis tires bought last year)
Price w/o: $650
