Who makes a manifold for B16 with T25 flange??
Who makes a manifold for B16 or B18B with T25 flange??
Or know someone who can make one for me?

I know that no one makes one for a D16, but that doesn't stop us. 
You probably know this already, but if not, check out www.homemadeturbo.com (cool site!) and see what those guys have done. Basically make a simple adapter plate about 3/4" thick with the appropriate bolt pattern on each side.

hks makes one for the b series motors. i just purchesed one for my bb t28. the flange is the same for both t25 and t28's. if you have a t25 from an eclipse expect to make an adaptor plate to fit it up still. trust me i tried my old t25 and the eclipse exhaust flange is 90 degrees off.
