dc5 type R into dc5 type s

blew type s motor bought a type R swap motor trans and ecu cant get started due to immobilizer any idea on cheapest fix besides k-pro any ideas

immobilizer bypass. k-tuned and hybrid racing make one.

can the dealer reset key code to new ecu

yes they can.. but then you need to tow it to them... and pay their price for reset...

new rekey isnt that much should be no more than $100..
