Default 97 Honda Accord issues

Overall the car is in good condition. Two things are bothering me.

1) A squeaking originating from the passenger side tire well - I'm thinking it has something to do with the suspension. It only occurs if im going under 40mph, as soon as I'm on the highway it goes away.

2) Breaks were changed 300 miles ago, now when I break going down a hill or at higher speeds there is a rhythmic vibration or rubbing that coincides with how fast I'm going (the rhythm slows down when I slow down) I don't feel it in the steering wheel, only the break pedal. I can also hear it.

Should I be worried about either of these?

Thanks

Does it brake evenly? Stuck caliper? You could inspect pads, pad shims, and rotors for warpage.
