Default sticking throtle

does anyone else have an issue with sticking throttle below 3k or 4k rpm? maybe it is my intake manifold? Picked it up used and oversized of some sort. Does it just need some carb cleaner? or could it be a computer issue?

Check your throttle cable. Spray it with wd40 might be sticky. Clean the butter fly valve on the throttle body with car cleaner.

check your TB cable and spray wd40 on the spring area.
the cable should have play. The cable is not what is suppose to hold it open for it to idle at 750ish although it does play a role
the screw on the TB plate should hold the plate open
