So my alternator went out in my 99civic SI with the b16. The alternator has a square plug on it, and not the round one. I went to advanced auto parts for a new one and the one they gave me was for like A 96-97 lx or ex or something. So I'd like to find out what the part number is for the correct alternator so I can just go in and have them order the part number instead of pretendi they know hat I need.

Go to majestic honda. They will have the part number you need. Did you try getting them to look up a 96-99 integra? I am pretty sure all b series obd2a alternators will fit
