Default Bogging and cutting in and out

So, after I apparently over filled my tank and flooded the charcoal canister which caused it to leak out the bottom, now the car is cutting in and out and bogging quite bad.

96 integra, automatic, all stock.

It just started once the canister flooded right? I would have to say the vacuum is sucking up dirty fuel from the canister.

No codes. The guess from my shop teacher is that I have two separate problems; one, is that I flooded the EVAP and two, I may have had a batch of bad gas.
