97 Civic Cx - Tips Needed for using shop press on LCA bushings
Anyone know the trick for pushing this end bushing of my front lower control arm? I'm new to using a shop press.
Normally I suppose I would put a socket on one side and a pipe on the other and press the sucker down into the pipe, but this one has a lip on the bottom so I can't figure out a way to press it without pressing against myself!

Still stuck... and now having trouble with the ball joints. Surely there is some resource for tips on how to set things up in a shop press.
The internet is saturated with tips on how to do things WITHOUT a press and it's making it difficult to find information for people who actually have the right tool for the job!

I have a PIC Bushing set, I have a 12 ton shop press, I've pulled almost every bushing..... still can't get this one. Can it be? Can it be that no one has ever replaced this bushing?
