Default Running lights turn off when car on

So I have a strange problem with my 90 Integra beater. When the car is running (or key turned to ACC position) the running lights stop working so I lose the front corners and rear tail lights. The dash and all other interior lights stay on though, and the headlights turn on just fine. How likely is it that this is fuse related? The under dash fusebox looks annoying to remove so I haven't checked yet. Could this be some sort of relay issue?

Drop into the shop and I will have a look at it, there is no relay, it may be a fuse issue but the park light circuit is not an ign. switched circuit.

However the DRL Relay is a switched circuit and is wired to the park light circuit.

We are at Dave Ward Auto Electric/Airwolfe Auto Air Conditioning on Enterprise way behind Budget rent a car, ask for Chris. 94

I'll see if I can drop by. I work long shifts into the night so its likely I'll just have to ghetto rig something to keep the taillights on tonight

Try unplugging the DRL relay, [not the yellow plug just the gray one].

The DRL relay is behind the right kick panel trim. 94

It does appear relay related. I found a diagram that shows a split in the circuit at the fuse box, one line goes to the dash lights and the other goes to the tail and corner lights. I had to rig something up already as I had to drive tonight so I cut the red/black wires to a couple of the tail lights and hooked them up to an alternate power source Seems to work fine and the brakes still light them up as usual. I'm out of time until the weekend so I'll just swap out relays at that point

In case anyone else has this problem, I believe it was actually the ICU on the fuse box. I had replaced mine to try dealing with a fuel issue and the corner and tail lights started working again.
