Default 2007 Accord EX-L turn signal issue!!

i just replaced the headlight housings for my 2007 Accord coupe, im not sure what happened but the right turn signal blinks about twice as fast as the left signal. ive read that the current draw from the bulb effects the blink rate of the signal, because the right amber light is much brighter than the left (i dont know why this is) but would replacing the bulb fix this issue??

its a dual filament bulb meaning theres one filament for the parking light and one for the turn signal.. so most likely one filament is gone.. bulb change should cure it..
