What's sup honda tech I kno some1 already made this thread probally but I wanna kno witch one is better my goal is to do time attack but also when I go to meets I wanna slam my car to the ground reallll low I have a 96 ek ferio about to do a k swap so if y'all are kind enough to post picks of these to. Brands plz do but I want one of these coilovers nothing else for right now thanks

You're going to have to pick one, actually following through and doing track events, or, slam your car. Every time you adjust your ride height, you'll need to redo your alignment. If you can't do it yourself, you'll be spending a lot of money to get it done. There are also better known alternatives for track events than those coilovers. They have a better reputation for slamming cars than anything else. So again, pick one or the other. If you want to slam your car and leave it that way, go for one of those. If you want to see track time with a moderate drop, go for something better.

I only wanna slam the car when I go to meets but I still need some good handling thats y I ask witch one is better to get I wont be goin on the track all the time but when I do I want g I'm some type of good handling out

For what you want to do? Track occasionally? For the third time. Neither. Do some real research. Read the sticky. Could have done it by now.
