b16 swap crx axles binding

b16 swap crx axles binding
I've done this swap dozen's of time! Now, i just did another one and the axles are binding! First i used the stock crx si knuckles and popped out the dust ring. Then, i used 90-93 integra knuckles and the same thing. Could anyone shed some light on this please?
