Icon2 transmission problem !

ok guys what i have here is confusing.

96 accord f22b1 auto to manual swap!

parts used on swap: h22 trans, f22 flywheel/clutch(new), used clutch line, used clutch pedal, master cylinder/slave cylinder(new), auto ECU worked just fine, EX rear mount that came off my car.

the car is a 96 ex converted to manual, the problem i am having is that i had a lot of freeplay between the clutch fork-clutch pivot so i took the pivot out, put a standard size washer on it which cleared up the free play.
i am getting GOOD pressure all the way to the slave cylinder but the clutch fork is not moving AT ALL!
i am stumped, i have no idea why this is happening..
the only other parts that are not new are the transmission its self and the clutch line. the clutch pedal is rock hard due to the clutch fork not moving at all. i am not able to shift gears due to this.

what may my problem be?

please any insight would be amazing, i have pulled the tranny several times to check out the clutch/ flywheel and everything is assembled correctly.

you took the pivot out? not exactly sure what you did to accomplish that but im pretty sure it is supposed to be there. make sure the clutch fork it straight and not bent. you probably had freeplay in the pedal due to not bleeding the clutch properly or not correctly adjusting the clutch pedal so go back and install everything how it should be. then make sure to bleed to clutch very well and adjust the clutch pedal by turning the pushrod. check for leaks in the clutch hydraulic system also

when i installed my new clutch i had to adjust the pedal a lot because it would not shift even with the pedal to the floor

to clear up any confusion... i took the pivot out to put a spacer on it and make the pivot "longer" because there was freeplay, about a 1/4th inch gap between the clutch fork and the pivot its self inside the transmission. i have adjusted the clutch pedal as much as it will alow to even get the pressure i do have on it. the slave cylinder is bled correctly and there is a good amount of pressure at the slave but it still will not push the clutch fork at all. i have not started the car again since i put the new clutch and stuff on..do you think the slave may start working after everything is started up?

if the slave is not moving at all then you have:a leak allowing air into the hydraulic line somewhere, faulty slave cylinder-i have had new ones from autozone/advanced that are broken out of the box, improperly adjust clutch pedal-with a new clutch the cmc pushrod needs to be adjusted to account for the difference in the clutch thickness, air in the lines-try bleeding with teflon tape on the bleeder threads. these bleeders like to let air in

if the slave is getting 100% movement with the clutch pedal pressed in then your problem lies with a bent clutch fork, lack of or broken throwout bearing, or improperly installed or broken pressure plate.

make sure your shift linkage isnt binding. there should not be any free play on the clutch fork with the slave properly installed. unless the pivot itself was broken/bent which i doubt then your clutch fork is probably bent. mine had freeplay before the slave was installed. i would remove the washer. it is probably not allowing the fork to pivot correctly
