Before I start with my mods list I'd like to say that h22s are fast and reliable just like any other b-series, d-series, k-series, or any other OEM motor. If they last in a prelude for over 100k miles then they should last just as much in a civic. Shell doesn't effect the reliability of the motor... It's the SHITTY driver that kills the motor. I've had this motor in this hatch for over 6 years without one single problem! Other than oil change and tune-ups but those are not a problem in my books..

This car is super clean in and out and by super clean I mean like 8/10 by my likes of quality to oem standards, how most conversions are done these days and say 8/10 by their books then car would be like 15/10.. I'm just super picky... I drive this car like once a month or less.. didn't drive it over a year now cause I'm busy with work, got 2 kids, moving out of state in the spring, and got my 00 si project going on... Almost too much for me to handle...

As u can see I spend well over 20k plus love and labor which I will never get back... Please offer me a real cash offer that's reasonable and u have ready on hand.. I got the clean title on hand ready to sell... I will give a lot extras to who ever will buy the car.. Parts like oem brand new front mud flaps since I'm using em1 flaps, enjin cold air intake since I'm using Itr one , and etc. Another couple thousand dollars u save there... I just want it all gone since I'm done with hondas for myself, my si is the last I'm hoping... Please don't lowball me and offer me 5,000 cash now offers.. I'm not looking to get over $10k for it but something near that.. I'm very reasonable and can work something out if ur interested and a serious buyer.

Might consider trades for integra type r or JDM type r replicas. Civic type r replicas, rhd is a plus... Must be clean.. can add cash on top if needed..

This is one in a hundred cars ull ever see this nice outside of shows..
My other hatch ran 13.4 all stock on street tires so this will run high 12s for sure, maybe 11s with slicks and better dyno tune

Sry it don't got a body kit and nice shiny valve cover with apc blue seats but that just ain't me.. its super clean and ready to go... I got pulled over just to be asked if its a v8 in here cuz he couldn't catch up til I stopped.. lol its a live beast... Never seen 8k rpms yet..
