does any one have any idea what has happened to quarter sports drag? i have been trying to get some h2b bolts going on 8 months. they will anwser the phone ever other month it seems like and tell me to send them money and they will send the bolts, yet i have never received an email with a link to their paypal. i really need these bolts guy so if anyone at all can help it will be greater appreciated. i actally barrow a friends bolt before the summer IA meet and have been trying to get replacment bolts since then.

 

there is a paypal link on there website at the bottom of the h2b page

 

he has to send me an invoice with the item iam buying and he wont. im not going to just send them 40$ and not have some kind of paper work on it haha

 

I would just send it and put a memo on what it is for. It's a legit business and its only $40 bucks.

 

legit business would answer the phone at least 1 out of 30 calls tho

Well ****, that's his own fault if he doesn't want to follow directions. I've sent money without invoice to Seth many times. They are a trustworthy company.

 

Invoice comes after the sale does it not?

 

Since im ordering just bolts.he said he would send me a link. There is no option for just the bolt. I know how to get to the paypal link.

 

Ok did he tell u how much to send him?? If so why didn't u just send the money in PayPal
And write in the notes what u needed. What happened to the old bolt?

I just want to chime in and say that I have e,mailed them about four or five times over the last two months with no response and I have also called numerous times with no answer.I think they might be a bit overwhelmed or just dont have the time to answer emails in a reasonable amount of time.

Thats totally understandable and thats why I said what I said without bad mouthing them.It happens to the biggest of companies sometimes so its understandable.

 

Well they messed up and sent me a wrong mount in my kit. I ended up emailing Seth and he got back to me in a week. It took me a week to get the answer i wanted but he sent me the right mount before he even recieved my wrong mount. I jsut had to send him the email a couple of times. Just my experience with qsd.

 

Well as of a week ago I sent a email to Seth inquiring about the h2b kit and he responded within a day. Apparently some fraudulent activity was going on with his paypal and he told me the only way I could pay is with a money order(nothing online), he also said he should have the issue sorted out in a week or 2. He answered all my questions in amazing reply time.

 

seth called me today and he is taking care of me. like i said i love the products and super cool dude to deal with
