If im not mistaken there are two b18b engines that came in the integras right? i know the heads are identical and was jw if the 2 valve covers could be swapped out? i dont like the one that came on the 3rd gen integras from 94-96 and wanted to get the smooth one that came on the 96-01 integras

 

All non-vtec b-series vc's are interchangable.

its sucks that only the GSR, and type R came with vtec.

 

yes you can take off the 94-95 obd1 VC and swap it for the 96-01 obd2 VC

 

Well with the DC2 you won't have to worry about it anyways.

 

Your forgetting something... The b20 from the old preludes.. Not all b's.lol.. I could be wrong tho..

the cool thing about the 96+ b18b cover is the much much more convenient location of the pcv valve
