ITR Valve Springs.
Im building a All motor B18a1, kind of a all OEM Build
B18a1 block&Crank
GSR Girdle
P30 Pistons
Ls Rods
block guard
B16 oil cooler
So now Im Starting on the head.
I have a spare set of ITR valve springs and im wondering if they will work on a LS head. im not using the ITR retainers because i know they arent the same size..
But im unsure if the springs will work, ive been searching and cant really seem to find anything.

I've been reading a bunch and everything I find says that you need to use your stock LS retainers and it will work, but other forum posts say they won't work because they end up being too short, even with the LS retainers. Have you set them side by side?
What cam are you using, and what do you plan on revving to?

They say only the inner intake springs work for both sides to make it stiffer. I have never had to find out because I don't ghetto-rig - just buy the appropriate springs, they are a little over $100 for a cheap set.
