Default AEM Cold Air

I haven't visited the forum in a bit, but I have a quick question. To those who have the AEM cold air intake for the ITR, have any advice about the product? How was installation? I would get the comptech icebox, but I can't find any for sale.

Mine came with it, can't say any power gains because I didn't dyno the car with the stock air box (which I should really do eventually), but I made 164whp and 113wtq. VTEC definitely sounds louder with it.

That's all I got.

Thanks anyway man. And I know, my friend has a new intake on his Type-S and his vtec pop is a lot louder. AEM instructs me to remove a few parts from the car in order to install, but I was wondering if anyone has installed this intake if they even followed the steps.

I won't say it made gobs of power for me but the car did feel a bit peppier with a little better throttle response. It's a great piece but after 10+ years I think they are a bit over priced new.
