I just got my 50 shot and love it. I havn't raced anyone yet or take it to the track. I was wondering if anyone else is running it. It would be cool if someone had some 1/4 mile times or kill/loss stories with it. Also, any problems? I'm planning to race an my friends' 01 Stang and WRX soon. Peace

 

50 shot gives u a good push... my friend lost a minimum of .5 of a second just from his 50 shot.

i got to race a v6 eclipse w mild mods with my 50 shot. i have an auto ls and i actually gained on him, then was neck and neck with him the whole time till we got to traffic. that might be a good estimate on how much power it can give u. just make sure u have a bottle warmer so u get the most out of each spray.

 

Im spraying my car, its fun but still not fast. Maybe LT1s and Mustang GTs could be taken with bolt ons, and manual trans. I seriously doubt WRX, depends on the driver though.

An LT1 is faster than a wrx.

 

I don't think so.....It would be very close I guess.... I think WRX with a good driver will take it.

 

all I know is an otherwise (seemingly) stock LS blew the doors off me when he lit it off in 5th.

Drive a wrx right and itll run 14.3-4. To get those times u hafta really beat the **** outta it on the launch (5k dump in an awd car ) My good friend has one but his best time was 15.4 @89mph. To his credit, hes 16, and our track is slightly uphill, high humidity, and has a headwind but ive driven my gsr with boltons for a 15.5 @90mph. Try racing the wrx from a roll....you should smoke him if he doesnt have the advantage of the awd launch.

 

The thing is, if he can't drive a dead stop would be to your advantage. The WRX will crawl off the line if he bogs it. Otherwise go from a roll, and go longer than 1/4 mile.

 

LT1 vs. WRX = murder. People run 12s in LT1 powered cars with just boltons. Big and ugly, but fast as hell.

 

Anyone break anything while running their nitrous. Im going to get a 75 shot upgrade after adding a new fuel rail, pump. It should be cool, right?
