I'm not very familiar with Acura Integra models and such.

I'm looking at buying a 94 Integra for around a thousand bucks.

I was told the model is GSR, is that right??
Does a 94 Integra GSR have vtec? (I was told it had a b18 in it)

I have not had a chance to look at it yet, but there is a crack in the header.. I can weld it or replace the header..

The speed sensor is also broken, is that expensive to fix?

 

Check the vin if it says dc2 its a gsr if it says dc4 its not..it should have a b18c1 vtec motor check the block code when you look at it

What are the models of integras? is the GSR on the top or bottom?

 

Gsr is the best besides an Integra type r. Just make sure it has the right vin and engine

 

OK cool the vin is --4dc2389rs------ ( the --- are numbers, didn't want to toss the whole vin to the internet) It is a GSR ?

And where would I find the block code on it?

 

Yes its a gsr..the block code is on the block right by where the trans bolts to the block

 

aw crap, its all rainy and muddy out, going to be fun looking at that tonight ahaha..

Can you tell me what I should be looking for? what the blockcode should be like?

^^ thats where the Motor code will be one of the easiest way to tell if you have vtec is when your motor has this valvecover. the motor that he posted above looks like a B20 or maybe a B18



Or the vtec solenoid but on a B series u cant but a non vtec valvecover on a vtec motor and vice versa

The integra GSR comes standard with a stock strut bar, B18C1 motor, 5 speed manual, Black leather seats or cloth seats both can adjust the height of the seat, comes with GSR FAT Five wheels stock

doesn't have a rear 3rd breaking light in the window but does on the spoiler

comes standard with ABS/Sun Roof/Cruise Control
