Default h22 oil pressure gauge, head work

so first question is, can you hook up a digital oil pressure gauge to a obd1 car(h22 in a 93 accord).
2nd is iv been thinking about doing stage 1 cams either skunk2 or crower, which is better?
3rd is pertaining to question 2, my cams i have now have some visible cam wear on them, does that mean i need to replace rocker arms? and where should i get them(not getting them from honda because they are 150$ a peice(thats 1200$ total)) also will i need to replace springs/retainers or do anything else besides slap the cams in?

google is your friend...

1 Google oil pressure gauge, but yes you can
2. Waste (need to have a way to tune it)
3. How worn? Yes you should put valve springs and just re use the stock retainers and locks (supertech)

No spoon feeding your not the first person to do this....
