yea, take it to the dealer and let them read the codes, or just DIY. if u have no mods... hmm, did u ever jump a curve, or hit something abnormal on the road which perhaps would scratch ur exhaust manifold(header area) and even create a small hole on the bottom of it? if even a little air gets in, it could cause the check engine light on. is the bottom of ur car a little bit shaky? hard to imagine ur cat would be bad, maybe u have a bad o2 sensor?
Right below the glove box and to the right is a little blue plug. Take it out and put a bent piece of wire or paper clip into the plug. What you are doing is making it loop so that your Check Engine light will flash giving you the code number for what is wrong. After a long pause, start counting how many times it flashes. Do it a couple of times cause you might have more than 1 code. Write them down and then, go to this web page: tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/codes.html. It will tell you everything you need to know.

it may be your cat converter...i had a similar problem...i say if the lights are on and ur not getting good gas mileage...theres a good chance that might be it
For the CE light, you may be covered under emissions warranty. Also, check your gas cap. I have a lot of customers that don't tighten their gas caps fully and will throw a code. As for the maint light, that shoud be reset every time you have your 7500 mile service done. Good luck.
