I bought these brand new, only been on my car for 800 miles or so of easy driving and sitting in my garage. They are black. Will come in original box. Does have some small nicks in paint from rock chips. Pics will speak for themselves.
These will fit 96-00 Civics, not sure if they will fit anything else, please check before you will buy. I will check myself.
